2. Products & Pricing

• All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors/shades may slightly vary due to screen differences
• All prices are in PKR and subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products

3. Orders & Payment

• Order confirmation may be provided via phone or SMS after successful placement
• We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD),
• Providing incorrect Full Name, phone, province, city, or address may result in order cancellation or additional delivery charges

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan within 3–7 working days
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout
• We use trusted couriers like TCS, Leopards, PostEx. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier

5. Returns & Refunds - Important for Skincare

• Damaged/Wrong Product: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video proof. We will replace or refund
• Used/Open Skincare or Haircare Products: Cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Change of Mind: Unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Customer bears return shipping cost
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method

6. Product Disclaimer

• All products are cosmetic in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition
• Individual results may vary
• Patch Test Required: Always do a 24-hour patch test before full use. Anabiya Beauty Hub is not liable for allergic reactions or skin irritation
• Consult a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin or medical conditions

7. Orders Without Account

Customers can place orders without creating an account. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information during checkout.
